There are some moments in the game where it is difficult to know what to do next. You don't need to play Ori and the Blind Forest for Ori and the Will of the Wisps to make sense, but it can offer more connection to the characters if you do approach it in order. These adrenaline enthused moments are balanced with calmer exploration and narration. From time to time you must take on large enemies, some filling most of the screen. The games offer a beautifully hand-drawn world to explore and an orchestral score that adds emotion to the story-driven progress. As you do new powers are unlocked that allow you to access areas originally impossible to get to. You run, jump and solve platforming challenges to progress through the world. Both Ori and the Blind Forest and Ori and the Will of the Wisps place you in control of a diminutive elfish spirit called Ori.
